Moorland Meditation Centre offers meditation teacher training in an authentic retreat setting on the North Yorkshire Moors. Our programmes include extended silent retreats, daily sitting practice, and intensive study of Buddhist psychology and secular mindfulness frameworks. We train teachers who can hold silence with confidence and guide others through the full spectrum of meditative experience.
