Tidewater Yoga Academy offers intensive and part-time yoga teacher training from our purpose-built shala on the Pembrokeshire coast. Our programmes are rooted in traditional Ashtanga and Hatha methodologies, with strong emphasis on Sanskrit, philosophy, and the eight limbs of yoga. Students benefit from daily ocean swimming, pranayama at sunrise, and a deeply immersive residential experience that transforms both their practice and their teaching.
